This is a full-time W-2 position with benefits, paid training, and unlimited earning potential.

• Learn the mortgage process from industry professionals
• Build relationships with prospective homeowners through outbound and inbound phone calls
• Ask thoughtful questions to understand clients' financial goals
• Guide borrowers through the mortgage application process
• Collect documentation and maintain accurate loan files
• Work alongside processors and operations teams to ensure a smooth client experience
• Follow proven sales strategies and daily activity goals
• Develop lasting relationships that lead to repeat and referral business

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, call centers, or other customer‑facing roles is preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent is required

• Full-time, W-2 position
• Hourly base pay PLUS uncapped commission; performance-based income with significant earning potential
