Lending Force, LLC, a Top 50 national mortgage brokerage with a Troy, Michigan headquarters, offers a fast-track sales program that starts on an active sales floor. You will learn the mortgage industry from the ground up, generate pipeline, and earn commission, with full sponsorship of NMLS licensing as you advance.
The role is Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with base pay plus commission during Phase 1 and an uncapped commission structure after licensing, supported by live inbound transfers.
