Scooter Your Way is redefining micro‑mobility and urban transit through a modern, tech‑enabled scooter fleet and a high‑visibility sponsorship ecosystem. We are preparing for rapid expansion and seeking a commercial powerhouse to join our founding team as Chief Partnership Officer.
This is not a corporate desk job. This is a hands‑on, high‑authority partnership role for a hunter who wants to build a national sponsorship engine alongside the Founder/CEO and core team.
Opportunity & Compensation StructureThis role is intentionally built for an entrepreneurial executive who wants meaningful ownership and long‑term upside.
Phase 1 — Pre‑Funding (Sweat Equity Partner)
You will earn a competitive equity stake vested against performance‑driven partnership milestones. You will help build the sponsorship engine that fuels our growth.
Upon securing a funding round of $2M or more, the role transitions into a paid executive position with:
- Competitive monthly salary
- Approved departmental budget
- Continued equity participation
All compensation is subject to Founder/CEO and CFO review.
The Founder/CEO holds—and will continue to hold—super‑voting shares to protect the long‑term vision and strategic direction of Scooter Your Way. This structure is permanent and non‑negotiable. We are seeking a collaborative partner who respects strong centralized leadership and excels at executing commercial strategy within that framework.
Core Responsibilities- Sponsorship Packaging — Build high‑ROI sponsorship tiers across fleet branding, digital real estate, and demographic reach.
- Brand Partnerships — Identify, target, and pitch major consumer brands, corporate sponsors, and enterprise partners.
- Full‑Cycle Deal‑Making — Lead outreach, pitch meetings, negotiation cycles, and contract closing.
- Strategic Alliances — Develop B2B partnerships that accelerate market expansion and user acquisition.
- Pipline Ownership — Build and manage a sponsorship pipeline from cold outreach through renewal.
- Co‑Selling With Founder — Attend meetings, pitches, and negotiations alongside the Founder/CEO and core team.
- Sponsor Retention — Ensure flawless execution of deliverables to secure renewals and long‑term relationships.
- Elite Hunter — You thrive on outreach, networking, and converting cold leads into closed deals.
- Sponsorship Closer — You have a proven track record of closing high‑value sponsor ships or brand partnerships.
- Startup‑Driven — You understand early‑stage dynamics and are motivated by equity, ownership, and building from zero.
- World‑Class Presenter — You command rooms, build compelling pitch decks, and influence senior brand leaders.
