• Make warm calls to potential customers to introduce our loan packages
• Utilize inside sales techniques to qualify leads and transfer to our Mortgage Loan Officers.
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding
• Demonstrate technical sales skills, staying up-to-date on the latest technology trends.
• Utilize technology sales strategies to effectively communicate with customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently demonstrating a strong work ethic and commitment to success.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Learn and apply new software and technologies to optimize sales processes.

• Previous experience in inside sales or telemarketing is preferred.
• Proven track record of success in a sales environment, with a focus on generating leads
• Fluency in English is essential.
