Ciot is seeking an organized, customer-focused Sales Support Coordinator to join our Detroit team, located in Troy, Michigan.
This position plays a vital role in supporting our sales team, assisting customers, and coordinating the activities necessary to deliver an exceptional customer experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities.
Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in tile, stone, flooring, countertops, interior design, or related building-material industries preferred.
- Customer service or sales support experience preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Experience with ERP or order-entry systems preferred.
· Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers, designers, contractors, and builders
- Support the sales team by preparing quotes, sales orders, and customer documentation.
- Coordinate customer communication and follow-up activities.
- Assist with order entry, scheduling, and material coordination.
- Work closely with sales, delivery, and accounting teams to ensure excellent customer service.
- Maintain accurate records and update customer information in company systems.
- Provide administrative support to improve sales productivity and customer satisfaction.
