ICON Shelter Systems has an exciting new opportunity for the position of Inside Sales Support. • Communicate with outside sales reps
• Interpret quote requests
• Understand technical specifications and drawings
• Determine required steps for fulfilling RFQ and scheduling
• Track status of projects
• Provide status feedback to sales reps quickly
• Learn and understand Icon’s products
• Learn to become backup for the Inside Sales team’s Order Administrator
• Working Knowledge of AutoCAD/Inventor/Solid Works (helpful, but not required)
• Perform other related duties as required

• Customer service experience and/or sales experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent, minimally required

• This position requires minimal to no travel

• Demonstrated proficiency with MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Access
• Demonstrated proficiency using EPICOR ERP or similar systems

• Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Must be willing to work in a team environment.
• Must have a high attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
