Business Development Account Manager – Audio Visual/Live Events

Premier Creative Group is seeking an
Account Manager
who can connect with clients, build lasting relationships, and help bring world-class live events to life inside one of the region's premier convention centers.
- Build and grow relationships with convention planners, exhibitors, corporate clients, and event organizers.
- Identify new business opportunities and transform leads into long-term partnerships.
- Serve as the trusted advisor for clients, helping them understand how audiovisual technology can elevate their events.
- Collaborate with production, technical, and operations teams to create customized event solutions.
- Conduct site tours, attend networking events, and represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm.
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales agreements that make clients excited to say "yes."
- Stay engaged throughout the event lifecycle, ensuring clients receive an exceptional experience from planning through execution.
- Celebrate wins, learn from challenges, and continuously grow your portfolio of accounts.
- Experience selling audiovisual or live event services.
- Natural relationship builder who genuinely enjoys meeting people.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in business development, account management, hospitality, events, AV, convention services, or related industries.
- Comfortable discussing technology, production solutions, and event logistics.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
- Passion for delivering memorable customer experiences.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment where no two events are ever the same.
- Existing relationships within the meetings, conventions, hospitality, or entertainment industries.
- Familiarity with event production technologies, staging, lighting, video, or sound systems.
- A knack for spotting opportunities before anyone else sees them.
