Sales Engineer - Michigan

Responsible for driving sales growth throughout Michigan. Primary market focus includes Plumbing, Data Centers, Medical, Agriculture, Automotive, and Industrial Manufacturing, with approximately 50% travel required.

This position is responsible for growing and developing the Clamps and Rings business, with a strong emphasis on automotive applications, including Thermal Management, Driveshaft, Steering, and Air Intake systems, while also supporting industrial manufacturing customers.

• Drive sales growth and manage customer relationships throughout Michigan.
• Protect, grow, and support sales for assigned regional and national customers.
• Develop new business through customer prospecting, opportunity identification, and relationship management using the 360 sales approach.
• Grow the Clamps and Rings business within the Automotive and Industrial Manufacturing markets, focusing on applications such as Thermal Management, Driveshaft, Steering, and Air Intake systems.
• Manage sales opportunities, forecasts, and customer activities using established CRM and sales management systems.
• Support customer complaints, provide technical field service, and coordinate resolutions with internal teams.
• Partner with Key Account Managers and local production facilities to support strategic customer initiatives.
• Effectively manage time, travel, resources, and professional development to maximize sales performance.
• Travel approximately 50% to support customers, develop new business, and strengthen relationships throughout Michigan.
