Key Accounts Sales Manager – Half Shaft​/CV Joint, Driveline

Seohan America is a Tier 1 automotive supplier specializing in half shaft and driveline components for major OEMs. We are expanding our commercial team to support growing OEM programs.

Role Description

We are seeking an experienced Key Accounts Sales Manager to own and grow our OEM customer relationships for half shaft products, based in the Detroit Metropolitan Area.

• Manage and grow key OEM accounts (e.g., GM, Ford, Stellantis) for half shaft/driveline product lines
• Serve as the primary commercial point of contact for customer sourcing and purchasing teams
• Lead RFQ response, quote strategy, and contract/price negotiation
• Track competitive and market intelligence within the driveline segment
• Coordinate with engineering, program management, and plant teams to meet customer requirements
• Own the sales pipeline, forecasts, and pricing tracking
• Represent Seohan America at customer meetings and business reviews

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of automotive OEM sales or key account experience, ideally in driveline, half shaft, CV joint, or related powertrain components
• Existing relationships with OEM purchasing/sourcing teams (GM, Ford, or Stellantis preferred)
• Strong negotiation, forecasting, and communication skills
• Based in or willing to relocate to the Detroit Metropolitan Area
• Willingness to travel to customer and plant sites
