In-Store Lead Generator

Andy's Statewide Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an In-Store Lead Generator to represent our residential HVAC services inside partnered retail locations. In this customer-facing role, you'll engage shoppers, introduce them to our heating, cooling, and indoor air quality solutions, and qualify their interest for in-home estimates. You'll gather contact information, schedule appointments, and accurately document leads for our sales team.

Success in this role requires strong communication, a friendly, professional demeanor, reliability, and the ability to meet daily and weekly lead-generation goals while following all safety and company standards.

Responsibilities

• Engage retail customers to introduce HVAC products and services
• Qualify potential customers and gather accurate contact information
• Schedule in-home consultations or estimates for interested homeowners
• Document and submit leads into company systems promptly
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead generation targets
• Represent Andy's Statewide professionally in partner retail locations
• Follow all safety, conduct, and appearance guidelines
• Collaborate with sales and office teams to improve lead quality
