In-Store Sales Lead Generator

Andy's Statewide Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an In-Store Sales Lead Generator to represent our HVAC services inside retail partner locations. In this role, you'll proactively approach shoppers, start friendly conversations, and identify homeowners interested in heating, cooling, or indoor air quality solutions. You'll explain our services, qualify potential customers, and schedule in-home appointments for our comfort advisors. Success in this position requires strong communication, a professional, customer-focused attitude, and the ability to meet lead-generation goals while following all safety and store guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Engage retail shoppers to promote HVAC services and special offers
• Qualify potential customers and capture accurate contact information
• Schedule in-home appointments for comfort advisors
• Meet or exceed daily and weekly lead-generation targets
• Maintain a professional, customer-focused presence in partner stores
• Accurately enter leads into CRM or tracking systems
• Coordinate with sales and installation teams to ensure smooth handoff
• Follow all safety, store, and company policies and procedures
