We are seeking Brand Ambassadors for our Troy, MI and Ross Park, Pittsburgh, PA locations to represent our brand and deliver an exceptional, high-touch customer experience. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused professional who enjoys building relationships, creating engaging experiences, and driving sales.

• Deliver an exceptional client experience and build strong customer relationships
• Promote brand awareness and support sales goals
• Educate customers on fragrance products and demonstrate their use
• Participate in product training, pre-selling initiatives, and sales-driving events
• Support inventory presentation, organization, storage, and replenishment
• Represent the brand at in-store and special events
• Maintain a safe, professional, and organized work environment
• Work independently while collaborating effectively with the team

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• 1–2 years of related retail, sales, beauty, fragrance, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Professional, polished presentation and business attire
• Self-starter who is resourceful, adaptable, and customer-focused
• Ability to manage changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable attendance and punctuality
• Weekend availability is a must, including Saturdays and Sundays
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
