Manager, Customer Relationships

The Customer Relationship Manager develops and executes localized strategies to grow client relationships, loyalty, and lifetime value. The role leads client development across store and market segments, using data and technology to strengthen personalized customer experiences.

• Manage strategies for top-tier clients, including retention, spend migration, and portfolio growth.
• Drive client development KPIs and analyze clienteling metrics to identify opportunities and improve performance.
• Lead corporate client development initiatives and coach Sales Associates on clienteling tools and CRM technology.
• Identify high-potential clients for private client programs and partner on VIP events and experiences.
• Engage high-value clients during activations and support sales teams in closing transactions.

• 4-7 years of experience in luxury retail, hospitality, or premium client relations, including CRM strategies or clienteling programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Luxury Brand Management, or equivalent education and experience.
• Experience coaching and motivating sales professionals to meet performance goals.
• Strong analytical and business skills, including Excel proficiency and the ability to translate data into operational actions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence presenting insights and engaging high-net-worth clients.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
