Branch Security Officer - Somerset

Summary

The Branch Security Officer maintains a secure, welcoming environment for clients and employees at the Troy Somerset store. This role combines visible customer-facing responsibilities with back‑of‑house security and operational controls to support sales and service. The officer partners with store leadership to deter loss, respond to incidents, and ensure compliance with security procedures.

• Serve as ambassador and first point of contact for clients while maintaining store security.
• Support sales and client experience by delivering hospitality and personalized service.
• Partner with Senior Security Officer and management to deter theft and respond to emergencies.
• Report missing assets, document incidents, and follow incident management procedures.
• Conduct daily inspections, alarm tests, equipment checks, and manage key access and report submissions.
• Perform store opening and closing procedures and assist with facilities repairs as needed.

• High school diploma.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work retail store hours, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Preferred: experience in a retail or security environment; 1 year prior security‑related experience.
