Maintenance Technician / Mechanic, Heavy Equipment Mechanic
Job Description
The Opportunity: You didn’t buy thousands of dollars in tools to just change oil. We are looking for a Mechanically Gifted Technician who wants to specialize in heavy engine and transmission installations. If you have the aptitude and the gear, we will provide the specific training to turn you into a high-yield Engine Specialist.
Why This Role?
Major Work: You focus on 15–30 hour engine installation projects—no "busy work."
Advanced Training: We will bridge the gap from General Tech to Engine Specialist for the right person.
Negotiable Pay: We pay for performance and precision. If you’re a "Hell Yes" tech, we make the math work.
What You Need:
Tools: A complete professional toolset is a non‑negotiable requirement.
Aptitude: You must demonstrate strong mechanical reasoning and a "problem‑solver" state of mind
