- Consistent weekly schedule:
Monday–Friday, plus on‑call rotation - Ongoing Weekly Training: enhance your skills both technically and professionally
While technical expertise is essential, success in this role also depends on your ability to build trust, communicate clearly, and deliver long‑term value to homeowners.
- Perform comprehensive residential electrical inspections (60–90 minutes)
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues, including outlets, switches, breakers, and lighting systems
- Inspect electrical panels, wiring, surge protection, generators, and other residential systems
- Educate homeowners on system health, energy efficiency, and upgrade options
- Offer preventative maintenance plans and service memberships
- Generate accurate estimates and invoices using company software (Service Titan)
- Participate in ongoing training to improve technical skills, communication, and customer service
- Complete 3–4 maintenance or service calls per day
- Maintain a 50%+ conversion rate on recommended repairs or upgrades
- Deliver thorough, value‑driven inspections at every visit
- Build and retain strong customer relationships with consistent 5‑star service

Minimum Requirements:
- State‑specific Electrical License (Journeyman or equivalent preferred)
- 3–5 years of hands‑on residential electrical experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experience with Service Titan preferred
- Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and work safely in residential environments
- Strong understanding of NEC (National Electrical Code) standards
