- Perform system safety inspections
- Utilize Flat Rate Pricing Guides
- Present and sell membership plans and additional services
- Educate customers on available solutions and recommendations
- Diagnose customer concerns accurately and professionally
- Provide estimates using company pricing guides
- Build trust‑based relationships with customers at the decision table
- Complete post‑call quality checks
- Follow “Better Than You Found It” cleanup standards
- Double‑check all completed work for accuracy and quality
- Complete all paperwork accurately and on time
- Ensure all forms are fully completed with required signatures
- Maintain digital and printed records as required
Forms may include:
- Inspections
- Solution‑based options
- Parts used
- Warehouse checkout
- Equipment checkout
- Materials, parts, and equipment orders
- Complete invoices in full with accurate payment information
- Take before, during, and after photos of all jobs
- Upload all required documentation and photos promptly
- Maintain a 40% conversion rate on technician‑generated leads
- Deliver 5‑star customer service experiences
- Arrive on time for meetings and training sessions
- Actively participate in training and development opportunities
- Seek continuous improvement and professional growth
- Complete assigned training materials and homework on time

Requirements- Valid driver’s license
- Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
- Drain experience preferred but not required
