Job Position Description:

With a One Team mentality, you will perform assigned services following Puro Clean production guidelines. Our project technicians work to meet all customer needs compassionately, assisting their teams and supervisors with restoration work on residential and commercial sites, as well as maintaining vehicles, equipment, and assets. Our technicians pride themselves on exceeding customer expectations by providing world-class service that differentiates us in the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Provide project documentation to office staff and Mitigation Project Manager (work authorization, Certificate of Completion, dry logs, etc.)
• Communicate project scope, start and completion dates with customers and team
• Obtain and share adjuster contact information with the Mitigation Project Manager
• Coordinate scope of work with project manager and technicians
• Perform water, fire, and mold mitigation duties
• Assist with demolition tasks
• Load and unload equipment and supplies
• Ensure timely project completion
• Complete daily monitoring and dry logs
• Maintain clear verbal and written communication with team and office staff
• Keep job sites clean and organized
• Complete project inspection forms
• Manage customer satisfaction and uphold brand standards
• Perform preventative maintenance on vehicles and equipment
• Maintain cleanliness of products and equipment
• Adhere to uniform and policy guidelines as per the Brand Identity Guide
• Continuously develop production skills and expertise
• Participate in after-hours emergency call rotations
• Perform additional duties as assigned
