We're looking to add a skilled, customer-focused Residential Service HVAC Technician who is passionate about helping homeowners and delivering exceptional service.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ductwork, ventilation systems, and thermostats
• Educate homeowners on system performance, repair needs, and maintenance recommendations
• Perform comprehensive whole-home HVAC safety inspections (60–90 minutes per visit)
• Identify and recommend upgrades or preventative improvements, including indoor air quality solutions, system enhancements, and maintenance agreements
• Prepare accurate estimates, invoices, and job documentation using Service Titan
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build trust with homeowners through clear communication and professional recommendations
• Participate in ongoing technical and customer service training

• Complete 3–4 service calls per day
• Maintain a 70%+ conversion rate on recommended services
• Conduct thorough whole-home safety inspections on every visit
• Contribute to membership plan growth and customer retention
• Maintain a callback rate below 3% through quality workmanship and attention to detail
• Deliver consistent 5-star customer experiences
• Build lasting relationships with homeowners through professionalism and trust

• Entrepreneurial and comfortable presenting solutions that improve comfort, efficiency, and system performance

• 3+ years of hands-on residential HVAC experience
• EPA certification is a plus
• Valid driver's license
• Familiarity with Service Titan is a plus
• Boiler experience is a plus
