Diesel Truck Technician

We are seeking a Diesel Truck Technician in Troy, Michigan. This is a full-time position in a well-equipped service shop environment supporting an internal fleet and customer equipment. You'll work in a professional, organized facility with modern diagnostics tools, lifts, and a pit. This is not a high-pressure production environment it's a service-focused shop where quality diagnostics and maintenance are prioritized.

Requirements Must-haves: 4+ years of diesel/heavy-duty engine experience Diagnostic capabilities and proficiency with diagnostic software Ability to read wiring schematics and use multimeters Valid driver's license Willing to provide own tools up to 3/4  drive Pass background check, driving record check, and drug screening

Nice-to-haves: 10+ years of experience Cummins certification or experience with Cummins Insight/Guidance software Class B CDL (company will support obtaining if needed) Familiarity with after-treatment and fuel systems Air conditioning service knowledge Michigan state auto or heavy-duty certifications

Experience with Detroit Diagnostic Link, Wabco, or Allison software
