What You'll Bring:

Class B level technicians with 3+ years of experience

Class C technicians with 5+ years of experience

Up-to-date ASE and state certifications

Diagnostic and repair capabilities across multiple systems and tools

Proficiency in engine and transmission repair and maintenance, electrical and drivability diagnostics

Independently perform brake, suspension, and steering repairs

Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence

What You’ll Do:

Perform work as outlined on repair order with efficiency and accuracy, in accordance with Lithia and manufacturer standards

Diagnose cause of malfunction and complete all work according to the applicable safety requirements

Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repair work Document work performed on repair order, record test procedures/results & time, per company recording & clocking procedures

Responsible for providing and maintaining an inventory of normal mechanics tools
