The Switchboard Operator position in Telecommunications is responsible for answering the telephone in an appropriate and professional manner and transferring or directing calls to the correct area.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to display a professional demeanor, courtesy, and proper telephone etiquette

• Work hours will vary as needed
• Position is on-call
