We are currently seeking an experienced software engineer to deliver insights from massive scale data in real time from SaaS based applications on Simcenter X platform.

We are currently hiring a software engineer to join our engineering team to build and maintain a secure and robust cloud-based infrastructure on Simcencer X platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test and deliver complete user story with minimal supervision.

• Collaborate on architecture and integration requirements across multiple teams.

• Translate market and competitive insights into clear product priorities and business outcomes.

• Lead go‑to‑market alignment — positioning, launch readiness, and messaging for new releases.

• Track performance and user adoption to drive continuous improvement in usability, reliability, and value delivery.

• Build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications.

• Gather and analyse metrics from both operating systems and applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding.

• Showcase POCs enabling use of new frameworks/technologies.

Qualifications:

• Good understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application is a must.

• 5-8 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on [Java/Go/Python].

• Proven experience in designing and implementing object‑oriented solutions.

• Strong background in developing distributed systems and stateless architectures.

• Hands‑on experience in Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and modern Python‑based AI/ML libraries.

• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure.

• Ability to gather and analyse software requirements and design efficient solutions.

• Excellent problem‑solving and debugging skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

• Proficiency in working with various databases (including RDBMS, Graph, Document, Columnar databases) is a plus.
