Software Engineer - Advanced

• Design, develop, test and deliver complete user stories with minimal supervision.
• Collaborate on architecture and integration requirements across multiple teams.
• Translate market and competitive insights into clear product priorities and business outcomes.
• Lead go‑to‑market alignment—positioning, launch readiness, and messaging for new releases.
• Track performance and user adoption to drive continuous improvement in usability, reliability, and value delivery.
• Build software and systems to manage platform infrastructure and applications.
• Gather and analyse metrics from operating systems and applications to assist in performance tuning and fault finding.
• Showcase POCs enabling use of new frameworks and technologies.

• Good understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.
• 5–8 years of professional experience in software development with a focus on Java, Go, or Python.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing object‑oriented solutions.
• Strong background in developing distributed systems and stateless architectures.
• Hands‑on experience with Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) systems and modern Python‑based AI/ML libraries.
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure.
• Ability to gather and analyse software requirements and design efficient solutions.
• Excellent problem‑solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
• Proficiency working with various databases (RDBMS, Graph, Document, Columnar) is a plus.
