Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy machine‑learning models for perception, navigation, and decision‑making in combat vehicle platforms.
- Integrate AI algorithms with existing vehicle control software using C++ and ROS middleware.
- Collaborate with systems engineers and cybersecurity teams to ensure AI components meet safety, security, and performance standards.
- Perform data collection, labeling, and preprocessing pipelines to support model training and continuous improvement.
- Validate AI solutions through simulation, hardware‑in‑the‑loop testing, and field trials.
- Bachelor’s or higher in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or related field with 2+ years of AI/ML development experience.
- Proficiency in Python and C++ for algorithm development and real‑time integration.
- Hands‑on experience with machine‑learning frameworks such as Tensor Flow or PyTorch, and computer‑vision libraries (OpenCV, Open3D).
- Familiarity with ROS (Robot Operating System) and embedded systems for vehicle integration.
- Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to work in multidisciplinary teams, and a security‑focused mindset.
