Job Title: Dell Boomi Integration Engineer
Location: 100% Remote (U.S.)
Position Type: Full-time, Direct W2
Salary Range: $75,000–$100,000 Annually

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Dell Boomi Integration Engineer to design, build, and operate enterprise integrations using the Boomi Atom Sphere platform. In this role you will own the full integration lifecycle — from analysis and design through development, deployment, monitoring, and ongoing support — and will partner with application teams, enterprise architects, and integration partners. The ideal candidate will combine strong hands-on Boomi expertise with broad knowledge of enterprise integration patterns, API management, and event-driven architectures.

In this role you will work closely with cross-functional partners — product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders — to translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions, and will be expected to raise the bar through code review, design review, and mentorship of more junior engineers. The successful candidate brings strong engineering discipline, a clear communication style, and a track record of shipping meaningful work that holds up well in production.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Five or more years of integration experience with strong focus on Dell Boomi Atom Sphere.
• Hands-on experience with Boomi processes, connectors, and Atom/Molecule runtimes.
• Solid scripting skills (Groovy, JavaScript) for Boomi customization.
• Working knowledge of Boomi API Management.
• Experience with API security standards (OAuth2, mTLS, certificate-based).
• Familiarity with event-driven integration patterns.
• Hands-on experience integrating SAP, Salesforce, Workday, Net Suite, or similar SaaS platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD tooling for Boomi.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Boomi Professional or Architect certifications.
• Exposure to Boomi Flow and Boomi Data Hub.
• Familiarity with multi-tenant integration patterns.
• Experience with related platforms (Mule Soft, OIC, SAP CPI).
• Working knowledge of Fin Ops and integration cost management.
