Who Are We Looking For?
The Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) is responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Pega-based applications in alignment with business requirements and Pega best practices. The SSA plays a key role in solution delivery, technical design, and mentoring junior developers while working closely with the Lead System Architect (LSA).
Technical Skills- 5+ years of overall IT experience
- 3+ years of hands-on Pega development
- Pega Senior System Architect (SSA) certification (mandatory or preferred)
- Strong hands-on experience with Pega Platform
- Expertise in:
- Case Management & BPM
- Flow rules, decision rules, and business logic
- Data pages and data transforms
- UI development (Sections / Views / Portals) with constellation
- Integrations (REST, SOAP, JMS, DB)
- Security (Access Groups, Roles, Privileges)
- Strong understanding of Pega Guardrails and performance tuning
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
- Ability to work with others in a team environment.
- Ability to work on aggressive schedules, may require occasional work beyond normal hours (weekends or evenings)
