This is a full-time on-site role for a Coach at Aoe Esports, located in Troy, MI. As a Coach, you will be responsible for designing and executing team training programs, analyzing gameplay to identify areas for improvement, and mentoring players to maximize their potential. You will also strategize for tournaments, schedule practice sessions effectively, and provide constructive feedback to enhance individual and team performance.
Collaboration with other staff members and fostering a positive team environment will be integral to your role.
- Experience with team coaching, mentorship, and strategy development
- Strong analytical skills to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
- Excellent communication and leadership qualities to guide and motivate team members
- Knowledge and passion for the esports industry and competitive gaming titles
- Proficiency in conflict resolution and fostering teamwork
- Prior coaching or professional gaming experience is a plus
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends based on tournament schedules
