CDL Class A Driver; Food Distribution

Description

This position is ideal for drivers with food‑service or touch freight experience who want consistent work without heavy case‑by‑case unloading. All freight is palletized, and drivers use electric pallet jacks to load and unload full pallets. Drivers do not break down pallets or hand‑deliver cases, and most delivery stops are quick drop‑offs averaging about 15 minutes.

• $27–$29 per hour (based on experience)
• Local routes – typically home daily
• Typical schedule Tuesday through Saturday
• 8–12 hour shifts depending on route
• Palletized freight only – no case‑by‑case unloading

• Safely transport and deliver palletized refrigerated food products
• Use electric pallet jacks to move pallets on and off the truck
• Perform standard pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections
• Maintain professional communication with customers and team members

• 3+ years CDL Class A experience
• Clean driving record (MVR)
• Valid DOT medical card
