Job Summary
Truck-to-Truck Supervisor at our San Jose, CA warehouse.
Responsibilities- Day‑to‑day coordination and oversight of drum transfers, compliance paperwork, and safe movement of materials.
- Ensure all DOT and environmental regulations are followed, meet all compliance deadlines, and keep facility operations running smoothly.
- Provide hands‑on leadership, communicating timely, compliant, and efficient Truck‑to‑Truck (TTT) operations with management, logistics, and safety teams.
- Monitor and ensure all key compliance deadlines, including 10‑day drum transfer requirements, are consistently met.
- Communicate with management regarding DOT compliance and operational issues, coordinate with Corporate and National Logistics on carrier scheduling and equipment needs.
- Maintain Truck‑to‑Truck systems and logs through Microsoft Outlook, Power Suite, and related databases to ensure timely and accurate documentation.
- Partner closely with facility personnel to resolve any rejected drums or compliance issues; report leaks or releases to Health & Safety or Compliance Managers; apply DOT exemptions properly before shipment.
- Operate forklift to offload, palletize, and reload materials, inspect outbound containers, and maintain a safe and compliant work environment.
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- 1+ years of related experience.
- Forklift experience preferred (not required).
- Ability to use a computer.
- Ability to lift 50 or more pounds.

Pay Rate: $25‑27 per hour.
