This position is an activity-based pay plan that encourages safety, efficiency and a strong work ethic.

• $5,000 sign-on bonus!
• $0.64-$0.69 cpm
• Detention pay: $20-25 per hour
• Drop and hook pay: $35 per stop
• Live load/unload: $65per stop
• Empty move: $30per load
• Crosstown moves: $25-60per load
• Empty move: $15per load
• Excessive Dunnage: $15 flat rate
• Mechanical breakdown: $20per hour
• Live Lifts: $20 flat rate
• Layover pay: $20 per hour
• Chassis Flips: $20 per hour
• Truck Recovery pay: $25
• Truck order not used: $20
• Yard Pay: $20per hour
• Safety training & mandatory meetingspay: $22per hour
• Drivers in this position over the last six to twelve months have averaged annualized earnings of $86,000
• Weekly home time
