This is a full-time, on-site Driver role located in Troy, MI for individuals holding CDL Class A and/or B licenses and familiar with the environmental industry. The driver will perform local routes only, transporting various waste materials safely to approved treatment and disposal facilities in accordance with DOT and company regulations. Daily tasks include conducting pre-trip and post-trip inspections, operating trucks and related equipment, securing and documenting loads, and completing required logs and paperwork accurately.

The driver will interact with customers and site personnel in a professional manner, follow all safety procedures, use appropriate personal protective equipment, and report any incidents or equipment issues promptly. Compensation ranges from $27.00 to $33.00 per hour, and the role offers 401(k) benefits, health insurance, and a call-for-application process for interested candidates.

• Demonstrated Truck Driving experience with safe operation of commercial Trucks on local routes.
• Valid CDL Class A or B license, with a clean driving record and knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, dispatch, and team members.
• Familiarity with environmental or waste management operations, including handling, transporting, and securing waste materials safely.
• Ability to perform vehicle inspections, basic troubleshooting, and complete logs and manifests accurately.
• Willingness to work on-site in Troy, MI, follow safety protocols, and use required personal protective equipment.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and secure materials and equipment as needed and work in various weather conditions.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in industrial, environmental, or waste hauling is preferred.
