Medical Supply Inventory & Fulfillment Coordinator

Compensation: $20.00 – $24.00 per hour (fixed range with a maximum cap of $24.00)
Medical benefits include health, vision, and dental coverage. The salary package also includes a 401(k) retirement plan with a 4% employer contribution and paid time off of 15 days per year.
Responsibilities- Pick, pack, label, and prepare new‑hire car boxes with required medical supplies and equipment for home‑health clinicians.
- Coordinate timely shipment of new‑hire car boxes to regional offices prior to clinician start dates.
- Receive, open, inspect, and unpack inbound deliveries from medical supply vendors and verify items against packing slips or order documentation.
- Stock, organize, and replenish inventory in designated storage areas to maintain appropriate supply levels for field and regional office needs.
- Notify Medical Supply Coordinators when supplies need to be reordered to maintain adequate inventory for completing car boxes.
- Monitor and rotate inventory based on expiration dates, removing or reporting expired or soon-to‑expire items in accordance with company processes.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, track stock movement, and report inventory variances, shortages, or supply issues to leadership as appropriate.
- Support supply fulfillment activities for clinicians and regional offices, including preparing, packaging, and shipping requested supplies accurately and on time.
- Provide backup coverage for Medical Supply Coordinators by assisting with the Graham Storefront and shipping supplies directly to clinicians’ homes when needed.
- Communicate with internal team members, regional offices, vendors, and other stakeholders regarding shipment status, inventory needs, substitutions, and supply concerns.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and follow standard procedures for handling, storing, and distributing medical supplies and equipment.
- Ability to accurately identify, sort, count, and organize medical supplies and equipment (Required).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in picking, packing, receiving, and stocking activities (Required).
- Knowledge of inventory control, receiving, replenishment, stock rotation, and expiration‑date monitoring practices (Required).
- Ability to use basic computer systems, shipping tools, email, and spreadsheets to track orders and inventory (Required).
- Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with clinicians, regional offices, vendors, and internal departments (Required).
- Knowledge of medical terminology, medical supplies, or home‑health operations (Preferred).
- Customer service mindset with the ability to respond promptly and professionally to supply‑related requests (Preferred).
- Self‑directed and proactive, with the ability to take initiative and drive work forward with minimal oversight.
- Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to planning and execution.
- Ability to influence without direct authority and build effective working relationships across teams.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 1+ years of experience in inventory, shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, supply fulfillment, or a related support role required.
- Experience in home health, healthcare, medical supply distribution, or a clinical support environment preferred.
Employees regularly stand, walk, sit, climb stairs, use hand to finger, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls, and reach with hands and arms. Frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Close vision and the ability to adjust focus are required. The role may involve occasional travel by automobile and exposure to changing weather conditions.
