Taldeco is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor for an opening in Troy, MI. This is a working, hands on supervisor role. Candidates must be fine with working mainly on the warehouse floor and less time in an office setting.
Job Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the warehouse team
- Schedule and assign employees to various tasks, and ensure everyone stays on task
- Motivate and help employees achieve goals
- Operate forklifts to move material around the shop
- Load and unload material
- Properly log and keep track of inventory
- Pull/pack orders, build racks and keep the warehouse orderly
- Other duties as assigned
- Must have previous experience as a supervisor
- Must have previous expereince in a warehouse position
- Must have reliable trasnportation
- Candidates must be fine with working primarily on the warehouse floor
