* Answer incoming phone calls and take customer orders accurately and efficiently

* Prepare and make pizzas and other menu items according to company standards

* Process cash and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy in all financial dealings

* Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly

* Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations

* Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods

* Assist with various cleaning tasks to uphold store cleanliness standards

* Handle and lift items weighing up to 25 lbs. as needed

Qualifications

* Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude

* Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written

* Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and order calculations

* Ability to follow directions and adhere to company policies and procedures

* Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

* Availability to work weekends, holidays, and various shifts as needed

* Team player mentality with a willingness to support colleagues

* Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

* High school diploma or equivalent preferred (but not required)

* Previous experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus
