Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Starting Date: Immediately

Location: Lincoln County R-III School District, District Wide - Troy, Missouri
Position Type: Full-Time
Primary Responsibilities- Assist in supporting Pre-K to 12 students with autism across the district.
- Oversee the behavior program, conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and develop behavior intervention plans.
- Provide classroom support and assist teachers with classroom management strategies.
- Collaborate closely with the Student Services Director and building administrators.
- Traveling position serving district-wide needs.
- Extended contract plus an additional 10 days.
- BCBA certification required.
- Master’s degree or higher preferred.
- At least three years of successful experience working with students using behavioral regulation strategies.
- Experience leading professional learning sessions.
- Citizenship, residency, or work visa required.
