Project Manager, Operations Management

• Supporting the successful execution of customer programs from acquisition through launch
• Coordinate cross-functional activities, support project planning and tracking
• Ensure project objectives related to timing, cost, quality, and customer satisfaction are achieved
• Collaborate closely with engineering, operations, purchasing, manufacturing, and customer teams
• Functional leadership of the project team
• Management of all project stakeholders interests
• Project reporting and presentation to management committees

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or related field or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product development projects, ideally for customers in the automotive industry
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in a global environment
• Experience working in a Global environment with remote teams using program management tools is a plus (MS Project, Quality tools, risk Planning & Assessment)
• Entrepreneurial skills and customer and process orientation

Demonstrates expertise in managing product development projects, ensuring alignment with customer objectives and effective collaboration across cross-functional teams. Proficient in project planning, tracking, and reporting within a global environment, particularly in the automotive industry.
