Lead Custodian

Overview

At Verde Clean, we're on a mission to create clean, safe, and sustainable spaces where people work, learn, and thrive. As a Lead Custodian
, you'll help keep our facilities spotless while supporting a company that values the environment, community, and your personal growth.

Schedule:

Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 6pm to 6:30am | Pay rate: $19/hr

• Daily Cleaning:
  Sweep, mop, vacuum, and disinfect floors, surfaces, restrooms, and more.
• Restock & Refill:
  Keep restrooms and supply areas stocked with paper goods, soap, and sanitizers.
• Monitor Safety:
  Identify and report hazards to ensure a secure environment.
• Support the Team:
  Assist coworkers and interact professionally with staff and visitors.

• Experience:
  
  1+ year in janitorial or custodial work preferred. Leadership experience a plus.
• Education:
  
  High school diploma or equivalent.
• Skills:
  
  Know your way around cleaning tools and safety procedures. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and a team player.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs.
