Forklift Operator / Industrial Cleaner

Wage: $17.00/hour

Shift: 12 Hour Weekend Days

6:00am - 6:30pm (Friday
- Sunday)

- Perform assigned cleaning and production support tasks according to Work Instructions (WIS) - Follow safety requirements including PPE, JHA guidance, and Lockout/Tagout awareness
- Report hazards, unsafe acts, or equipment issues immediately
- Maintain work area cleanliness and support 5S standards
- Follow direction from the Team Leader and Group Leader and ask questions when uncertain
- Operate tools and equipment safely and correctly after training
- Meet quality and productivity expectations for assigned tasks
- Participate in shift huddles and safety discussions
- Complete documentation and checklists as required
- Support team success by helping others when assigned work is complete

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to follow directions and work safely
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to perform physical tasks including standing, walking, and lifting as required
- Reliable and punctual work habits
- Previous industrial, manufacturing, or janitorial experience preferred
- Familiarity with 5S, Lean, or basic visual work systems is a plus
- Experience working in automotive manufacturing environments preferred
