Monroechamber in Troy, MO is seeking an Industrial Cleaner to support production with cleaning tasks, safety compliance, and teamwork during the 3rd shift (8:00pm–6:30am, Mon–Thu). The role requires following Work Instructions, maintaining 5S standards, reporting hazards, and contributing to continuous improvement while building reliable attendance and physical stamina for standing, walking, and lifting.
Prior experience in automotive manufacturing and knowledge of Lean or 5S is preferred.
