- Develop and lead the firm’s growth marketing strategy

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

- Strong understanding of B2C marketing strategy and customer acquisition
- Experience working across multiple marketing channels
- Experience working in Hub Spot or a similar CRM/marketing automation platform
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and build structure
