Job Overview

Nurse LPN/RN position at Compass Health Network in Troy, MO. This full‑time float nurse will provide nursing services across multiple locations, including Troy, Warrenton, Wentzville, and St. Charles, with daytime hours Monday‑Friday. Compass Health is offering a $2,700 sign‑on bonus to support rapid expansion of its clinics.

• Prepares for minimal to frequent schedule changes and travels to neighboring clinics for nursing coverage and training
• Reviews medication education sheets with clients
• Completes necessary documentation regarding medication clinic and psychiatric consultation for consumer records
• Administers IM medication, dispenses sample medications, and maintains accurate logs on all medications received and dispensed
• Assists with prior authorization processes
• Maintains a list of injections, coordinates ordering and delivery, verifies orders are current, and discusses any side effects
• Takes vital signs and coordinates prediabetes screening process

HS/GED required;
Associates or Bachelor's in nursing preferred.

GPN, LPN, GN, or RN license required. Must pass the MO NCLEX exam within 90 days of graduation.

Basic knowledge of computers and computer programs.

$2,700 sign‑on bonus.
