Job Summary

Nurse LPN/RN position at Compass Health Network, Troy, MO. Due to rapid expansion in all of our clinics, we are offering a $2,700 sign‑on bonus for our nurses. This full‑time float nurse will provide nursing services for the Troy, Warrenton, Wentzville, and St Charles locations, Monday‑Friday daytime hours, and will also operate the Medication Clinic and provide coverage at the Lebanon behavioral health clinic.

The nurse will act as a case manager for consumers needing medication refills.

• Provide nursing services across Troy, Warrenton, Wentzville, and St Charles clinics, Monday–Friday daytime hours.
• Operate the Medication Clinic and provide nursing coverage for the Lebanon behavioral health clinic.
• Act as a case manager for consumers needing medication refills.
• Prepare for minimal to frequent schedule changes and travel to neighboring clinics for coverage and training.
• Review medication education sheets with clients.
• Complete necessary documentation for the medication clinic and psychiatric consultation records.
• Administer IM medication, dispense sample medications, and maintain accurate logs for all medications received and dispensed.
• Assist with prior authorizations.
• Maintain a list of injections, coordinate ordering and delivery, verify orders are current, and discuss side effects.
• Take vital signs and coordinate prediabetes screening process.

• HS/GED required;
  Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Licensed as GPN, LPN, GN, or RN; must pass the MO NCLEX within 90 days of graduation.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with clinical computer programs.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced medical clinic environment.
• Reliable for traveling between clinics as needed.

Full‑Time

$2,700 sign‑on bonus.
