Join a dynamic regional float nursing team, providing care across multiple hospitals and units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, Stepdown, and ICU.
Responsibilities include:- assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualized nursing care for adult and geriatric patients, utilizing theoretical knowledge and clinical judgment.
- graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- current RN licensure.
- at least one year of recent bedside RN experience in Med/Surg or two years for specialized units.
- certifications required include BLS; ACLS for critical care.
- physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds is necessary.
- providing safe, evidence-based nursing care, collaborating with diverse care teams, and maintaining flexibility to float between facilities within the region.
- experienced RNs seeking variety, continuous learning, and growth opportunities in a collaborative environment.
