Seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse for a home health role, providing skilled nursing services in patients' homes under physician supervision.
Responsibilities Include- Assessing, planning, implementing, documenting, and evaluating patient outcomes.
- Delivering high-quality, patient-centered care tailored to diverse age groups and backgrounds.
- Building strong, personal connections with patients while working independently in the community.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current RN license in the state of Missouri.
- Minimum one year of related experience preferred.
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and BLS certification via the American Heart Association.
- Strong assessment and documentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously and build trust with patients.
- Flexibility to work Monday–Friday with rotating on-call weekends and holiday rotations.
