RN – ICU

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an ICU setting.

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure positive outcomes.
• Responsibilities include delivering safe, evidence-based nursing care, developing individualized care plans, monitoring and documenting patient conditions in the EMR, educating patients and families, and coordinating care through effective communication and handoffs.
• Delegates and supervises care provided by LPNs and unlicensed personnel, participates in quality improvement, and maintains compliance with hospital policies and standards.
• Qualifications include a graduate of an accredited nursing program, current RN licensure, and BLS certification. Additional certifications like ACLS or PALS may be required.
• Preferred skills encompass patient assessment, care planning, acute care, patient education, safety, critical thinking, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds, prolonged standing, and physical mobility.
