Industrial Maintenance Technician
Our client, an industry leader in water treatment and manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join their dynamic team. As a vital part of the maintenance department supporting operations, you will have the opportunity to contribute to a safe, efficient, and well-maintained environment. Location:
Troy, MO
- Perform daily preventive maintenance on equipment within water treatment facilities and production plants.
- Assist with maintenance calls on HVAC systems, including AC units and rooftop coils.
- Conduct routine inspections and repairs on machinery, motors, belts, and building systems.
- Support tasks such as fixing doorknobs, replacing soap dispensers, and cleaning HVAC coils on rooftops.
- Learn and perform daily checks on compressed air systems, ensuring optimal operation.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 2-4 years of experience in maintenance or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, and general building maintenance.
- Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing devices safely and effectively.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
