Help

Make recommendations to resolve discrepancies based upon the interpretation of applicable regulations.

Provide assistance to project staff to resolve a variety of administrative problems requiring the application of various guidelines and coordination with the responsible staff at the office.

Track receipt of supplies and services to ensure the Government receives goods and services on time.

Use computerized spreadsheets as a tool for monitoring planned financial and manpower resources for programs.

Provide administrative functions including processing mail, answering phones, calendar management, onboarding/outboarding activities and maintenance of personnel records, timekeeping and payroll, and key inventory and access control.

Liaise between the field office and District staff offices regarding personnel, IT, supplies and other administrative transactions.

Review administrative management techniques and procedures to make recommendations to the Branch Chief on needed improvements.
