About the Position
Job Description
We are seeking a Board-Certified Anesthesiologist for a hospital-based locum tenens assignment in the Troy, NY . This is a dynamic role in a 10-OR surgical environment , offering a mix of independent cases and CRNA supervision . You will manage a variety of procedures including orthopedics, urology, ophthalmology, and endoscopy , primarily caring for geriatric patients , with limited pediatric cases (dental and ophthalmology only).
This assignment is ideal for providers seeking a flexible, supportive locum opportunity with exposure to a diverse case mix and a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
Requirements
Requirements
Board Certified Anesthesiologist
Active New York State medical license
Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications ❤️
Availability to work at least two weeks per month (full-time preferred)
Experience supervising CRNAs and managing own cases
Skilled in spinal, epidural, and regional anesthesia
Comfortable in a hospital-based operating room environment
Must reside outside a 60-mile radius of the facility
