Manage the day-to-day teller line, including scheduling, observation, and coaching of tellers to enhance effectiveness;
Identify and resolve complex client servicing issues and provide exceptional client service in branch;
Balance cash drawer within balancing guidelines and ensure accurate processing of transactions;
Attend morning huddles and end-of-day debriefs; ensure branch compliance with regulatory procedures;
Support onboarding and training of new Tellers; collaborate with Branch Manager on staff development and Saturdays work as directed
